Actress Sienna Miller shows off her post-pregnancy bikini body in Costa Rica. Sienna recently gave birth to a baby girl in January.

Baby daddy Oli Green enjoyed the surf with Sienna as the loved-up couple smiled and held hands. Sienna also has a 10-year-old daughter Marlowe from a previous relationship with actor Tom Sturridge.
