Patikayy Has Slammed Dior

Instagram model has slammed Dior after claims she was refused a personalization on a tote bag, which she believes happened because she is a ‘sex-positive woman’.

Patrycia Kayy, 24, from Miami, USA, had reportedly been exchanging messages with a representative from the luxury chain about adding the phrase ‘Patrycia Kayy’ her professional name to a bag.

The model, who regularly shares half-naked images with her fans on Instagram, initially purchased the tote on 31 December 2020 and was offered personalization on the back.

But a staff member allegedly later got in touch to say they were unable to print the phrase due to the name being associated with a brand.

Patrycia, who claims she also spoke to a Dior representative on the phone, says she feels ‘targeted,’ and believes the backtrack is due to her promoting sex positivity online.

The bag in question is the Dior Book Tote with Gray Toile de Jouy embroidery, which costs $ 3,250.

Patrycia says she has had items from other high-end brands, including Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana and Louis Vuitton, personalized with the same name with no issues.

The model says she received text messages and a voicemail from a staff member at Dior Miami who explained there was a problem with her personalization request.
