The couple chill out by the pool with Caroline showing off her svelte physique in a black swimsuit.  Caroline who turned 30 last month decided to call time on her pro tennis career last year after being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis that causes pain and swelling in the wrist and small joints of the hand.

It’s good to see a relaxed Caroline looking great out in the hot Italian sunshine.
