A model reveals just how FAKE Instagram can be (2021). A fitness trainer and influencer is on a mission to show her Instagram followers how easy it is to manipulate the photos and videos they see, calling it ‘sad’ and ‘unauthentic’.

Hayley Madigan, 31, from Portsmouth, is a certified fitness trainer who regularly shares photos of herself in bikinis to highlight how quickly a body can be transformed with good lighting, the right angles, and a little editing.
