Five months after splitting from Sofia Richie and after being linked to various beauties, the reality star appears to have set his sights on Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin’s 19-year-old daughter, Amelia Hamlin!

Oddly, Sofia Richie was the same age when Scott began dating her. Their romance lasted three years until their split this past June. Scott looked healthy and in great spirits and he stepped out on the beach for a walk with Amelia with his arm around her. Amelia wore a striking floral print string bikini as the two enjoyed a stroll on the sand and held Scott’s hand.
